Pipedrive Pricing (2026): Cost per Seat, Add-ons and Company-Wide Limits

No free plan: Pipedrive is $14–$79 a seat a month billed yearly ($24–$99 monthly) before VAT in Oct 2026, and a sixth sequence moves all seats to Premium.

On this page 14 sections

Which plan, yearly or monthly billing, and which add-ons: those are the choices a founder or small outbound team makes when buying Pipedrive. Pipedrive puts every seat on an account on the same plan, takes yearly billing as one non-refundable upfront payment, and charges LeadBooster once per company.

Quick answer

Pipedrive costs $14–$79 per seat a month billed yearly ($24–$99 monthly), before VAT (checked October 2, 2026). No free plan; 14-day trial, no card. Sequences are capped per company: Growth, where they start, allows 5 at any team size, and a sixth moves every seat to Premium, $295 instead of $195 a month for five seats billed yearly.

Pipedrive

Best fit if five sequences shared by the whole company cover your team, which keeps you on Growth at $39 per seat a month billed yearly, before VAT. No credit card is needed for the 14-day trial (Pipedrive pricing page, checked October 2, 2026).

Which Pipedrive limits are shared by the whole company?

Sequences, active automations and data enrichment credits are set for the whole company and stay the same however many seats you buy; synced mailboxes, reports and the leads-and-deals allowance grow with each seat.

From the “Compare plans” table on Pipedrive’s pricing page, checked October 2, 2026. Leads + deals is a company total of the per-seat figure times your seats, up to 300,000. Pipedrive’s help article on its 2025 plan changes lists Premium’s leads + deals as 15,000 per company instead; this table follows the pricing page, so ask Pipedrive if the difference matters to you.

The company-wide rows are the ones that catch growing teams out. Hire a fifth rep on Growth and the company still has five sequences in total, one each if every rep wants their own. Pipedrive sells Growth top-ups for automations (+50 at a time), leads and deals (+25,000), reports and API tokens, but sequences aren’t on its top-up list, and every seat on an account is billed on the same plan. So the sixth sequence moves every seat to Premium: for five seats that’s $100 a month more billed yearly ($295 against $195) or $150 more billed monthly ($395 against $245), and for ten seats $200 more billed yearly ($590 against $390) or $300 more billed monthly ($790 against $490).

How many prospects fit in each of those five sequences depends on which Pipedrive article you read. The Sequences article (updated September 23, 2026) lets you add up to 250 deals or leads to each sequence of up to 10 steps; the automation-limits article (updated September 3, 2026) instead lists “up to 100 deals or contacts per sequence” among the feature limits at which an automation’s action fails. Neither article mentions the other figure, so if you’d enroll more than 100 prospects in one sequence, confirm the limit with Pipedrive first.

Lite has no sequences or automations at all, and no two-way email sync, email templates or open and click tracking either, so emails reach Pipedrive only by forwarding or BCCing them. For following up on cold email, Growth is the entry plan. If Close is also on your shortlist, see where automated follow-up starts on Close compared with Pipedrive.

What does Pipedrive cost per seat, and for a team of up to ten?

Billed yearly and before tax, one Growth seat costs $39 a month ($468 paid upfront), three cost $117 ($1,404), five cost $195 ($2,340) and ten cost $390 ($4,680); billed monthly, the same seats cost $49, $147, $245 and $490.

Prices checked October 2, 2026 on Pipedrive’s pricing page, in US dollars per month, excluding VAT and other taxes. Yearly rows show the monthly equivalent, with the single upfront payment in parentheses; against monthly billing that’s 42% off on Lite (the “Save up to 42%” on the pricing page), about 25% on Premium and about 20% on Growth and Ultimate. Pipedrive changes its pricing from time to time, so confirm on the live page before paying.

Yearly billing is one upfront payment per seat. Five Growth seats cost $2,340 at the start of the term, against $2,940 over twelve monthly invoices, a difference of $600; for three seats the difference is $360 and for ten $1,200. None of the prepayment is refunded, and a seat you take off stays on the subscription until the renewal date (see the billing rules).

None of these totals include your sending tool, a calling app, or tax. For the sending tool, see how Instantly and lemlist charge, what three typical Instantly setups pay a month or what lemlist costs per month; for the whole stack, lead data and mailboxes included, see our three example outbound stacks.

Pipedrive

Best fit if the total for your seat count fits your budget and you want to be sure of the plan before making a yearly payment that can’t be refunded. The 14-day trial asks for no card, you pick the plan and seats when you start paying, and nothing is charged before the trial ends (Pipedrive pricing page and help center, checked October 2, 2026).

When is Premium cheaper than Growth plus add-ons?

When the add-ons you’d buy on Growth cost more than the $20 a seat a month that Premium adds, billed yearly. Premium includes LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects, which Lite and Growth accounts pay for separately.

Seats, billed yearlyGrowth + LeadBoosterPremium (LeadBooster included)Cheaper
1$71.50$59Premium
2$110.50$118Growth + LeadBooster
3$149.50$177Growth + LeadBooster
4$188.50$236Growth + LeadBooster

Monthly totals in US dollars before tax: Growth at $39 and Premium at $59 per seat billed yearly, plus LeadBooster at the $32.50 a month per company that Pipedrive lists as its starting price. The pricing page shows that starting price under both billing toggles without saying which billing period it’s for, so this compares yearly seat prices only. Checked October 2, 2026.

LeadBooster on its own tips the balance only for a single seat. It’s charged once per company, while Premium costs $20 more for every seat, so from two seats up Growth plus the add-on costs less.

Smart Docs changes the sum. It’s listed from $32.50 as an add-on on Lite and Growth, which is more than the $20 Premium adds for one seat, so a one-seat account that wants e-signatures pays less on Premium ($59 against $71.50 billed yearly). For a team that would buy both LeadBooster and Smart Docs, their listed starting prices add up to $65, more than the $60 a month Premium adds for three seats, so at those prices Premium costs less up to three seats. Pipedrive doesn’t publish how many signature requests the add-on’s starting price or the Premium plan covers, so ask Pipedrive what each includes before you pick a plan for e-signatures.

Two reasons to move up have nothing to do with add-ons: a sixth sequence (see the company-wide limits) and a rep who needs to sync more than one mailbox, since Premium allows three per seat.

Ultimate costs $20 a seat more than Premium. For an outbound team, what that mainly buys is email and phone enrichment inside Pipedrive (500 credits per company, against 100 credits of company data on Premium), 50 sequences, five synced mailboxes per seat and partner discounts of 20% on PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% on Surfe. If you already pull verified emails from a database such as Apollo, you’d be paying twice for enrichment; see how many Apollo credits an email or phone reveal uses.

Which Pipedrive add-ons does an outbound team need, and which can’t it use?

Most outbound teams only weigh LeadBooster, which adds Prospector lead credits, web forms and chat from $32.50 a month per company; Campaigns, the add-on that sounds like a cold email tool, may only be used to email contacts who have opted in.

Starting prices as listed on Pipedrive’s pricing page on October 2, 2026. The page shows the same figures under both billing toggles but doesn’t say which billing period, or how much usage, each one covers; Pipedrive’s help center says add-ons are billed on your plan’s billing cycle. Pricing bases and trials come from Pipedrive’s help center and Supplemental Terms.

LeadBooster’s credits are small and expire. The add-on includes 10 Prospector credits a month, and each credit reveals one lead’s contact details. Credits arrive monthly even on a yearly plan, and unused ones expire when the month’s allowance period ends. You can raise the monthly amount with a slider, and the more you buy, the less each credit costs: Pipedrive’s worked invoice example charges $0.85 a credit in the second tier down to $0.25 in the fifth, but it doesn’t say where each tier starts. Pipedrive says Prospector searches over 400 million profiles. If Prospector is the main reason you’d buy LeadBooster, compare it with a dedicated lead database before choosing Premium for it.

Campaigns is off-limits for cold lists. Pipedrive’s Supplemental Terms define consent as “express, verifiable approval” to receive marketing email and prohibit using Campaigns on purchased, rented, scraped or borrowed lists. Buying Campaigns also requires passing an account review. Those are Pipedrive’s own rules, separate from the law, which depends on where your recipients are (see cold email laws by country). For cold outreach, send from a dedicated tool on separate, authenticated domains and let replies flow into Pipedrive; see how to set up sending domains and mailboxes for cold email.

Calling is a separate bill. No Pipedrive plan includes a dialer of its own. The help center lists CloudTalk, Kixie, CallHippo, Aircall, Toky, JustCall and Circleloop as marketplace apps; none of them is sold as a Pipedrive add-on, so any cost comes from the app itself. Every plan can start a call from the web app and finish it on your phone, but those minutes go on your normal phone bill.

Projects is listed from $16. AI search summaries and some older articles quote Projects at about $6.67 a user, but Pipedrive’s pricing page lists it starting from $16 (checked October 2, 2026).

Top-up prices appear only in the app. Pipedrive publishes what each top-up adds and from which plan you can buy it, but not what it costs: the top-ups article says prices vary with your billing frequency and that you see the cost when you select one. Removing a top-up takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is Pipedrive free?

Only for 14 days. Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate are all paid plans; the free part is a 14-day trial that doesn’t ask for a card, and you can invite as many teammates to it as you like.

What happens on day 14 depends on whether someone added billing details during the trial. If they did, the account turns into a paid subscription automatically and you’re invoiced when the paid cycle starts. If not, the account is locked until a user with billing access adds them. Export your data before day 14 if you might not continue, because how long a closed trial’s data is kept isn’t stated consistently: the trial-expiry article says both that it’s deleted “shortly after” the trial expires and that it’s retrievable for 60 days, the article on starting to pay says you can log back in within 60 days, and the general FAQ says trial accounts are deleted within 30 days of closure.

Teams that want a CRM they never pay for can look at HubSpot’s free tools, which HubSpot offers with no time limit.

Do you pay for unused Pipedrive seats, and can you get a refund?

You pay for every seat on the subscription, whether or not anyone is using it, and a yearly plan can’t be refunded because it’s paid upfront.

  • Adding someone uses a free seat if you have one. If not, Pipedrive adds a seat and charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle straight away.
  • Removing a seat takes effect at your next renewal date. On a yearly plan, you keep paying for that seat until the year ends.
  • Changing plan: an upgrade takes effect straight away, and the unused balance of the old plan is credited against the new invoice; a downgrade waits until the end of the current billing cycle. On a yearly plan, a team that moves up to Premium stays on it, and pays for it, until the renewal date.
  • Switching billing period: monthly to yearly starts at your next billing date; yearly to monthly starts only when the yearly term ends.
  • Cancelling: a monthly plan stops at the next payment date; a cancelled yearly plan stays usable to the end of the term, with no refund.
  • Add-ons run on the same term as your plan, and the first term is prorated to line up with it.

The step that’s easy to miss comes when a rep leaves. Deactivating a user doesn’t take their seat off the bill: the seat stays on the subscription unless you tick “remove unused seats” while deactivating them, or lower the team size under Billing > Manage subscription > Team size afterwards. If you’ll hire a replacement before the renewal date, keep the seat, because a new user fills an open seat without changing the bill; if you won’t, remove it so the renewal invoice leaves it out.

Which currency will Pipedrive bill you in, and is VAT or GST included?

Pipedrive bills in your billing country’s currency (Australian dollars in Australia, Canadian dollars in Canada, euros in European countries and Turkey, pounds in the UK and US dollars everywhere else), and its pricing page notes that the prices shown are VAT exclusive.

From Pipedrive’s help articles on payment methods and tax IDs (updated September 3, 2026), checked October 2, 2026. The tax ID article covers “European billing addresses” without naming the UK.

This page quotes the US dollar prices. Pipedrive’s help center names the currencies but not the prices in them, so check the pricing page and the Billing screen from your own billing country before you budget.

Tax. The pricing page says EU customers are charged VAT at their member state’s rate unless they provide a valid VAT number. For other countries, including the US, the UK, Canada and Australia, neither the pricing page nor the help articles say how sales tax, VAT or GST is added; Pipedrive only says it validates your location “in taxable regions to determine the correct tax rate”. Two practical consequences:

  • Add your VAT, ABN or GST number before your first invoice. Pipedrive can’t add it retroactively to invoices it has already issued.
  • If the billing country you enter matches neither the IP address you’re using nor your card’s BIN (the number that identifies the issuing bank), Pipedrive won’t accept the billing details. Enter them from the billing country, or with a card issued there.

What happened to Pipedrive’s Essential, Advanced, Professional and Enterprise plans?

Pipedrive replaced them in 2025: Essential became Lite, Advanced became Growth, Professional and Power were folded into Premium, and Enterprise became Ultimate.

From Pipedrive’s “What’s new in Pipedrive plans?” article (updated September 3, 2026), checked October 2, 2026.

If you’re still on an old plan, Pipedrive’s help center says switching to its successor moves you to current list pricing, and it warns that Premium may cost more a month than Professional did; it doesn’t publish prices for the old plans. Booster packs, the old way to raise limits, can’t be bought after July 2025, and switching to a new plan removes them. Some Pipedrive pages still use the old names, so don’t be thrown by them: the trial help article describes trying Essential, Advanced and Professional, the Smart Docs feature page says it’s free on Professional, Power and Enterprise, the nonprofit page advertises a “Free 14-day Professional plan trial”, and the help article on mass email says automations need “Advanced and higher plans”.

Should phone-heavy teams, bulk senders or free-CRM seekers skip Pipedrive?

Usually, yes. No plan includes a dialer, so reps who phone prospects all day need a calling app on top; Pipedrive says its automations aren’t a mass email tool and Campaigns is for opted-in contacts only (see the add-ons), so bulk cold email has to go out from another tool; and one or two people who only need somewhere to log deals won’t find a free plan. A phone-heavy team should look at Close, which builds calling and SMS into its plans (see which kinds of team Close and Pipedrive each suit and Close’s calling and SMS rates by country). Bulk cold email belongs in a dedicated sender, and the pair who only log deals will find a free CRM named under Is Pipedrive free?

How we researched this

Everything here comes from Pipedrive’s public documents, read on September 29, 2026 and checked again on October 2, 2026: the English pricing page, opened in a browser under both billing toggles (on October 2, its German-language version, which carries the same US-dollar prices and plan table), plus the help-center articles, add-on terms, product pages and the HubSpot comparison page in the sources, with Close’s and HubSpot’s pricing pages behind the two text links. No one on our side has run a Pipedrive account, so the trial, the checkout, the Billing screen, in-app top-up prices and prices in other currencies are not covered. Every total is list price multiplied by seats, before tax, and where two Pipedrive documents give different figures, both appear next to the claim.

Seat count changes the answer on Pipedrive more than anything else, which is why the verdict is split by it: LeadBooster is priced per company while Premium’s extra $20 is per seat, and the sequence cap is shared by the whole company however many seats you buy.

Verdict

Growth covers what cold email follow-up needs, sequences and automations included, at $39 a seat a month billed yearly; the limit to watch is the five sequences the whole company shares. Premium, $20 a seat more billed yearly, pays off when you need a sixth sequence, more than one synced mailbox per rep, or add-ons whose starting prices come to more than $20 times your seat count.

  • One seat: Growth costs $39 a month billed yearly or $49 monthly. If you’d buy LeadBooster or Smart Docs, Premium at $59 costs less than Growth plus either add-on at its starting price ($71.50).
  • Two to four seats: Growth plus LeadBooster costs less than Premium. Add Smart Docs as well and Premium is cheaper up to three seats, since the two add-ons’ starting prices ($65) exceed the $20 a seat Premium adds, though Pipedrive doesn’t publish either option’s signature allowance.
  • Five to ten seats: Growth ($195 for five or $390 for ten, billed yearly) holds while the company can share five sequences; once it needs a sixth, budget for Premium ($295 or $590).

Pipedrive

Best fit if your team follows up by email more than by phone and the sums above leave you on Growth, or on Premium because it costs less than Growth plus the add-ons you’d buy. You can invite your whole team to the 14-day trial, and no card is asked for (Pipedrive pricing page, checked October 2, 2026).

FAQ

Is there a Pipedrive discount code, or startup or nonprofit pricing?

Pipedrive’s CRM-for-startups page answers “Can I afford a CRM?” with “There’s no such thing as a high-quality free CRM,” and neither it nor the nonprofit page offers more than the standard 14-day trial with no card. The pricing page shows no code either (checked October 2, 2026). The discounts in Pipedrive’s plan table are on partner products, and only for Ultimate accounts: 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% off Surfe.

Can some seats be on Growth and others on Premium?

No. Pipedrive’s help center says every seat you add goes on the plan the account is already billed for, so if one person needs a Premium feature, the whole team moves to Premium.

Does the Pipedrive trial include Prospector credits?

No. Pipedrive says Prospector credits need a paying subscription and aren’t available during the free trial, so you can’t reveal leads’ contact details with LeadBooster until you pay.

Does Pipedrive charge for setup or implementation?

Pipedrive’s pricing FAQ says implementation is free on a plan “that’s over $400 a year”, which one Growth seat billed yearly ($468) already clears and one Lite seat ($168) doesn’t. Its HubSpot comparison page, though, offers free expert implementation support to users “spending more than $1000 per month”, above every seat total on this page (ten Ultimate seats billed monthly come to $990). The two pages may describe different services, so ask Pipedrive which applies before you count on it; separately, the pricing page’s plan table lists personalized onboarding from a partner on every plan.
