Kent was born in 1988 and grew up in Tokyo. He went to university in the United States and then worked in IT sales in the West Coast tech industry. In 2026 he went independent and moved back to Japan, where he advises small and mid-sized Japanese companies on going digital, drawing on his years in IT sales and the AI tools he relied on in that work.
What he does on this site
Stacked Creator compares the tools that solo founders, freelancers and small agencies use for cold outreach: sending tools, lead data and sales CRMs. Kent decides what the site covers, sets the rules in our editorial policy, and checks every new or updated guide before it goes live.
How the guides are made
- Sources first. Prices, limits and terms come from each vendor’s own pages, help center and terms, read on the date shown in the guide. Laws come from the official texts and regulators.
- Trial accounts. Where a guide shows screens from a tool, they come from a trial or free account opened for this site, and the guide says who did the clicking and what was (and wasn’t) done. We don’t send email to real prospects from these accounts.
- AI assistance, human check. An AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) helps with research, first drafts and an independent fact-check against the sources. Before a guide is published, Kent checks its title, key numbers and a sample of its claims against the sources, and the guide records that check.
- Money. Some links are affiliate links and are labelled next to the button. A commission never decides which tool we recommend; see our disclosure.
