Instantly Pricing (2026): Outreach, Credits, CRM, Contact Caps and Workspaces
Oct 2026: Instantly Growth is $47/mo ($37.60 yearly) for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts that don’t reset monthly. Credits and CRM bill per workspace.
On this page 17 sections
For a solo founder sending from two or three mailboxes, the Instantly limit you’ll reach first probably isn’t the $47 Growth plan’s 5,000 emails a month but the 1,000 contacts your campaigns can hold at once, a total that doesn’t reset each month. Below, we list each item Instantly bills separately at the prices in its pricing page, help center and terms, then add them up for a solo founder and for agencies that share one workspace or give each client its own.
Quick answer
As of October 2, 2026, Instantly’s Outreach plans cost $47, $97 or $358 a month (20% less billed yearly). Growth’s 1,000-contact cap, which doesn’t reset monthly, likely runs out first; Hypergrowth holds 25,000. Credits and the CRM bill separately: Growth plus Growth Credits is $94 a month, or $85 as the Starter bundle on our trial’s billing screen (September 30).
Instantly
Best fit if you send email-only campaigns from several mailboxes and keep under 1,000 contacts (Growth) or 25,000 (Hypergrowth) in campaigns at once. The 14-day trial needs no card and allows 2 email accounts, 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails (the billing screen in our trial account showed 1,250); when it ends, campaigns pause unless you pick a plan (Instantly help center, checked October 2, 2026; billing screen of our trial account, September 30, 2026).

Checked October 2, 2026 on Instantly’s pricing page, the plain-text pricing summary it publishes for AI agents (pricing.md), its help center and its terms, and on September 30, 2026 on the billing screen of our own trial account (see the free trial). US dollars, before tax. Yearly prices are per month, paid upfront. The CRM’s phone numbers and phone credit have no published price. *Instantly’s pages disagree here; see where they disagree. Vendors change pricing often, so check the live page before you pay.
Outreach, Credits, the CRM and Inbox Placement are separate subscriptions, each workspace needs its own, and no plan is priced per user or per connected mailbox: you can connect unlimited email accounts, and Instantly’s CRM guide gives the CRM plans unlimited seats for a flat fee. For team invites, the plan comparison lists Hypergrowth and Light Speed, not Growth. The workspace guide also allows invites on a CRM plan, but neither it nor the CRM guide says whether a teammate added that way can build or send campaigns. A Credits plan without Outreach lets campaigns hold only 250 leads. If you’re weighing Instantly’s CRM against a sales CRM priced per user, compare what Pipedrive costs per seat and Close’s per-user plans and what Growth unlocks.
You don’t own Instantly-provided mailboxes or domains. The help center calls them a purchase, but the terms (4.6(g)) grant only a right to use Instantly’s sending infrastructure: Instantly registers and owns the domains and mailboxes, you can’t transfer or migrate them, and the right ends the moment your subscription does (4.6(i)). They’re billed on the 15th, apart from your plans, and pause after the trial if the workspace has no Outreach plan.
What does Instantly’s free trial include, and is there a free plan?
Instantly has no free plan. It has a 14-day free trial that starts when you sign up, needs no credit card and ends without charging you anything.
- Email accounts: up to 2 connected and warmed up.
- Leads: up to 250 uploaded to campaigns.
- Campaign emails: up to 1,000, per the help center; the billing screen in our trial account gave the limit as 1,250 a month (see the notes below).
- Credits: 100, with a daily cap on SuperSearch lookups.
- Website visitors: 50 visitor emails and 200 LinkedIn resolutions a month.
- Inbox Placement: 2 free tests.
- CRM: its own 14-day trial, switched on at sign-up.
- Not included: the API, subsequences, team invites and replying from Unibox (Instantly’s single inbox for replies to all your connected accounts; the trial can preview replies there), per Instantly’s plan comparison.
When the 14 days are up, you lose the dashboard, your accounts, warmup and campaigns pause, and a trial account that hasn’t been upgraded is deleted automatically. To keep what you set up, choose a plan before the trial ends.
Does the uploaded-contacts limit reset every month?
No. The 1,000 contacts on Growth (25,000 on Hypergrowth, 100,000 on Light Speed) are a running total of everyone in your campaigns, whether those campaigns are active, paused, finished or drafts, on monthly or yearly billing.
- Leads in Lists don’t count; leads in campaigns do. A List is the place to hold prospects you haven’t emailed yet and move them into campaigns in batches. Instantly’s guide to CRM Leads and Lists makes Lists available on any CRM plan or on Hypergrowth and up, so on Growth alone, keep that pool in your own file.
- Duplicates count twice. The same person in two campaigns uses two uploads.
- Only deleting from campaigns frees space, after 5 to 10 minutes. Deleted leads can’t be restored and the credits spent on them don’t come back, so download a copy first.
How fast Growth fills up. At Instantly’s recommended 30 campaign emails per mailbox per day, three mailboxes sending on 22 days a month (our assumption) send about 1,980 emails. With a three-step sequence that’s about 660 new contacts a month, so Growth’s 1,000 are used up in under seven weeks unless you delete finished campaigns. Two mailboxes add about 440 contacts a month and fill the pool in about ten weeks. Either way you’re using less than half of the 5,000 emails.
Growth can’t buy add-ons, so at the cap you either delete old campaigns or move to Hypergrowth. For where the 30-a-day figure comes from, see daily sending volume per mailbox, source by source.
What does Hypergrowth add for the extra $50 a month?
Hypergrowth ($97 a month, or $77.60 billed yearly) raises the contact pool from 1,000 to 25,000 and adds what a second person or a client needs: team invites, replying from Unibox, webhooks, subsequences, extra workspaces (per Instantly’s plan comparison) and the white-label client portal. It’s also the first plan that can buy Outreach add-ons.
Below Hypergrowth, Instantly’s pages disagree on what Growth includes:
| Feature | Pricing page feature table | Help-center plan comparison | Text pricing summary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advanced warmup settings | Hypergrowth | Growth | Growth (“advanced warmup options”) |
| Global block list | Hypergrowth | Growth | Not mentioned |
| A/Z testing | Hypergrowth | Growth | Basic on Growth; all 26 variants from Hypergrowth |
| API | Hypergrowth (listed with webhooks and integrations) | Growth | All plans |
| Zapier and integrations | Hypergrowth | Growth | Not mentioned |
| Replying from Unibox | Hypergrowth (the row reads just “Unibox”) | Hypergrowth (Growth previews replies) | Hypergrowth (Growth is preview-only) |
| SMTP accounts in the standard warmup pool | Not listed | 100 on Growth, 500 on Hypergrowth | Not mentioned |
Each cell names the lowest plan that page lists the feature on. Webhooks and team invites start on Hypergrowth on every page that lists them. Checked October 2, 2026. The billing screen in our trial account (September 30, 2026) lists the global block list, A/Z testing and team accounts among what Hyper Growth adds to Growth, like the pricing page’s feature table.
The last row matters if you connect mailboxes over SMTP: go over your plan’s number and Instantly moves every account in the workspace, Google and Outlook included, to its lower-quality basic pool until you upgrade or buy add-ons (see what warmup does before your first campaign).
Does the API cost extra? No Instantly page prices it separately, but the pages disagree on whether Growth includes it and the trial doesn’t, so if you’re buying Growth for the API, confirm with support first.
Does an agency pay once, or once per client?
It depends on whether your clients share one workspace. Every Instantly workspace needs its own subscription, so ten client workspaces mean ten Outreach plans, and each can be on a different tier.
- One shared workspace. On Hypergrowth or Light Speed you can invite clients to a white-label portal on your own subdomain, on your subscription, with no stated limit on clients. The catch: a client with campaign access sees every campaign in the workspace, and team members see all campaigns and data. You get one portal per workspace.
- One workspace per client. Campaigns, contacts and analytics stay separate, and each workspace is billed on its own, on the client’s card if you like. One login switches between them, but a sending account can be connected to only one workspace at a time.
- Sharing credits across workspaces. A workspace group lets several workspaces share a Hyper Credits plan and an Inbox Placement plan. Growth and Supersonic credits can’t be shared, and a group doesn’t combine the workspaces’ data in one dashboard.
Whether a Growth workspace can create another workspace is unsettled (see where Instantly’s pages disagree), so ask before you plan an agency around Growth.
How do you work out your Instantly bill?
Work out your emails, then your contacts, then the plan, credits and extras, and multiply by your workspaces. The five steps below work as a pen-and-paper Instantly pricing calculator; the setups in the next section are worked examples.
- Emails a month. Mailboxes × daily limit × sending days (we use 22 a month). Instantly recommends 30 campaign emails per mailbox a day (20 is the ceiling on its Airmail accounts); warmup emails don’t count.
- Contacts in campaigns at once. New contacts a month (emails ÷ steps in your sequence) × the months you keep finished campaigns. Duplicates count twice; leads waiting in a List don’t count.
- Outreach plan. The smallest that covers both: Growth (5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts), Hypergrowth (125,000 emails per the billing screen and most of Instantly’s pages, 100,000 on the pricing page’s yearly card; 25,000 contacts) or Light Speed (500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts). On the last two, each $87 add-on adds 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails. Team invites, the client portal and Unibox replies start on Hypergrowth.
- Credits. New leads you’ll find in Instantly × about 1.5 (1 when Instantly finds the email, 2 from a data partner or 4 from ContactOut, none when nothing is found), plus 0.25 per verification and 5 per AI-agent reply or lead. Pick a tier from the tier table, or skip this step if you bring your own leads.
- Extras, then workspaces. Add the CRM and Inbox Placement ($47 or $97 each) and mailboxes if you need them. Then multiply the Outreach line, and any credits plan other than Hyper Credits (the only kind a workspace group can share), by your number of workspaces.
Billed yearly, take 20% off Outreach and 10% off credits. The pricing page shows Growth Credits 20% lower, but the billing screen in our trial account priced it at the help center’s 10% off ($508 a year).
What do three typical setups pay per month?
At list prices checked October 2, 2026, a solo founder on three mailboxes pays $94 a month ($85 as the Starter bundle on the billing screen we saw), a three-client agency pays $194 in one shared workspace or $432 with a workspace per client, and a ten-client agency pays $397 in one shared workspace or $1,270 with Hypergrowth in each client workspace, $300 of it for a shared Hyper Credits 2 plan ($970 if you bring your own leads). Mailboxes and domains are extra.
| Setup (monthly volume) | Instantly plans | Billed monthly | Billed yearly (per month) | Instantly-provided mailboxes and domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo founder, 3 mailboxes, finds leads in Instantly (about 1,980 emails, 660 new contacts, 990 credits) | Growth + Growth Credits (1,500), or the billing screen’s Starter bundle* | $94 ($85 as the bundle) | $79.92 ($76.50 as the bundle)* | $16.25 (3 accounts, 1 domain) |
| Same founder, brings their own leads | Growth | $47 | $37.60 | $16.25 |
| 3-client agency, owner + assistant, one workspace (12 mailboxes; about 7,920 emails, 2,640 new contacts, 3,960 credits) | Hypergrowth + Supersonic (5,000) | $194 | $164.90 | $63.75 (12 accounts, 3 domains) |
| Same agency, a workspace per client | 3 × Hypergrowth + 3 × Growth Credits (1,500 each; about 1,320 used per client) | $432 | $359.75* | $63.75 |
| 10-client agency, one shared workspace (50 mailboxes; about 33,000 emails, 11,000 new contacts, 16,500 credits) | Hypergrowth + Hyper Credits 2 (20,000) | $397 | $347.60** | $262.50 (50 accounts, 10 domains) |
| 10-client agency, a workspace per client on Hypergrowth | 10 × Hypergrowth + Hyper Credits 2 shared in a workspace group | $1,270 | $1,046** | $262.50 |
| 10-client agency, a workspace per client on Growth. Instantly’s plan comparison says Growth can’t add workspaces (confirm before planning on this) or invite team members, and the client portal starts on Hypergrowth, so on these plans your clients get no login of their own | 10 × Growth + Hyper Credits 2 shared | $770 | $646** | $262.50 |
List prices checked October 2, 2026, in US dollars before tax. Inputs: Instantly’s 30 emails per mailbox a day and about 1.5 credits per email found, plus our assumptions of 22 sending days, three-step sequences and one domain per client. *Yearly figures with Growth Credits use the yearly prices on the billing screen in our trial account (September 30, 2026): Growth $451, Hyper Growth $931 and Growth Credits $508 a year, divided by 12; the pricing page’s $37.60 a month for Growth Credits would make them lower. The Starter bundle’s $85 a month ($918 a year) is also the billing screen’s price; the pricing page lists Starter at $94 a month, or $85 billed yearly. **Hyper Credits 2 at the help center’s 10% off ($270); the pricing page lists no yearly price for it. Mailboxes: done-for-you Google accounts at $5 a month plus $15 a year per domain.
- Solo founder. Only about 40% of Growth’s emails get used; the contact limit is what forces a change.
- Three-client agency. Twelve mailboxes pass Growth’s 5,000 emails, and the assistant needs a team invite, which Growth doesn’t offer. Six months of finished campaigns (about 15,800 contacts) fit in 25,000. Billed yearly, the two plans cost $10.10 a month less than the pricing page’s Scale bundle; the billing screen’s Scale bundle ($265 a month) swaps Supersonic for 10,000 Hyper Credits, more than this agency uses (see bundles). With a workspace per client, each needs its own credits plan, because Growth Credits can’t be shared; one shared Hyper Credits plan (10,000) costs $56 more ($488) but pools more than twice the credits, useful if client volumes are very uneven.
- Ten-client agency. In one workspace, about 11,000 new contacts a month fill Hypergrowth’s 25,000 in about ten weeks: delete finished campaigns, or pay $87 per extra 25,000. On Growth, each client’s 1,000 would fill in about four weeks.
Instantly-provided accounts can’t be moved out of Instantly, and your right to use them ends with the subscription (see the price list). Weigh that before comparing the last column with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you set up yourself. For how many to set up, see the mailboxes and domains Instantly sends from.
Instantly
Best fit if one of the setups above is close to yours. The 14-day trial is free with no card but smaller than any of them, at 2 email accounts, 250 contacts and 1,000 emails (1,250 on the billing screen we saw): enough to set up a first campaign, not to run a month of sending (Instantly help center, checked October 2, 2026; billing screen of our trial account, September 30, 2026).

What does an Instantly credit buy, and when does it expire?
A credit is Instantly’s unit for lead data and AI work: 1 credit for a verified work email Instantly finds itself, 2 when it comes from a data partner (4 from ContactOut), and nothing when no verified email turns up. Its lead database and AI agents draw on the same balance. How big that database is depends on the page: Instantly’s pricing page1 says 450M+ B2B leads and its SuperSearch guide10 says 610M+. Both are Instantly’s own counts, not figures we can check. For the cost of a found email here against Apollo’s, see what a verified email costs on Instantly and on Apollo.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Verified work email found by Instantly | 1 |
| Verified work email from a data partner | 2 (4 per row from ContactOut)* |
| Work-email enrichment, on average | About 1.5 per row |
| Fully enriched profile (job title, company, location) | 0.5 per lead |
| Company data: job listings, technologies, news or funding type | 0.5 each per row |
| Engagement score | 1 per row |
| Lead verification | 0.25 per lead |
| AI Reply Agent | 5 per reply generated |
| AI Sales Agent | 5 per enriched lead |
| Website Visitors | 3 per resolved profile |
Credits per action from Instantly’s credit system help page, checked October 2, 2026. *That page says 2 credits for an email sourced from data partners; Instantly’s waterfall enrichment guide says “2+” and lists ContactOut at 4 a row and six other partners at 2 (see where Instantly’s pages disagree).

| Add-on (Hyper and above) | $425 | +50,000 | $0.0085 |
Monthly prices from Instantly’s credit system help page, checked October 2, 2026. Price per credit is our division, rounded. Yearly billing is 10% less and delivers the whole year’s credits upfront, according to the same page.
Growth 2 is the cheapest plan only if you need 1,500 to 2,000 credits a month. Its 2,000 credits for $77 cost more per credit than Growth’s 1,500 for $47, but once Growth runs short, it’s $20 less than Supersonic’s 5,000 for $97.
Unused credits expire two months after purchase on monthly plans and a year after on yearly plans. Upgrading a credits plan isn’t prorated: you pay the new plan’s full price that day, your renewal date moves to that day, and leftover credits stay. Downgrades wait for the end of the cycle. Ending the subscription, under Instantly’s terms, forfeits unused credits.
Is a bundle cheaper than buying Outreach and credits separately?
It depends on which bundle price you’re charged, and Instantly shows two. At the pricing page’s prices, no: each bundle costs the same as its two plans on monthly billing and $10 to $36 a month more on yearly billing. At the prices on the billing screen of our trial account (September 30, 2026), yes: each bundle was about 10% below its two plans on monthly billing, and $41 to $496 a year below them on yearly billing. The two versions also pair different credits plans with Scale and Agency.
| Bundle | Pricing page: contents, monthly / yearly | Billing screen: contents, monthly / yearly | Same two plans bought separately, monthly / yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Growth + Growth Credits (1,500); $94 / $85 a month | Growth + Growth Credits (1,500); $85 a month / $918 a year | $94 a month / $959 a year ($79.92 a month) |
| Scale | Hypergrowth (100,000 emails on the card) + Supersonic (5,000 credits); $194 / $175 a month | Hyper Growth (125,000 emails) + Hyper Credits (10,000); $265 a month / $2,856 a year | Pricing page’s pair: $194 / $164.90 a month. Billing screen’s pair: $294 a month / $3,058.60 a year |
| Agency | Light Speed + Hyper Credits (10,000); $555 / $500 a month | Light Speed + Hyper Credits Tier 3 (45,000); $772 a month / $8,340 a year | Pricing page’s pair: $555 / $463.60 a month. Billing screen’s pair: $858 a month / $8,836 a year |
Pricing page re-checked October 2, 2026 (its yearly bundle prices are per month, paid upfront); billing screen read September 30, 2026 in our own trial account, where the bundles showed $94, $294 and $858 struck through on monthly billing. Separate prices: Outreach and Growth Credits from the pricing page and the billing screen; Hyper Credits yearly at the help center’s 10% off ($177.30 a month, as the pricing page also shows; Hyper Credits 3 at $500 a month, so $5,400 a year). Totals are our arithmetic. Checkout wasn’t opened, so which price applies when you pay is unconfirmed.
The bundle cards list nothing the two plans don’t include on their own: the AI agents come with the standalone Credits plan, Unibox replies with Hypergrowth. Before buying separately, open the Bundles tab under Settings, Billing & Usage in your own account and compare its price with this table.
Who is Instantly’s pricing a poor fit for?
Instantly’s pricing fits poorly if you need more contacts than Growth holds on a small budget, several people on an email-only plan, LinkedIn or call steps, or free sending at tiny volume.
- More than 1,000 contacts on a small budget. Smartlead’s Base plan costs $39 a month for 2,000 contacts (unique addresses stored in your account, per its FAQ) and 6,000 email sends; Pro is $94 for 30,000 contacts and 90,000 sends. Its free trial needs no card. Base stops fitting above 6,000 emails a month.
- Several people sending email only. Growth has no team invites. lemlist’s Email plan costs $69 a month ($55 billed yearly) for 50,000 emails, with unlimited users and senders. Below 5,000 emails a month, Instantly Growth at $47 is cheaper. For larger volumes, see lemlist’s Email plan prices by monthly volume.
- LinkedIn steps or calls in the same sequence. Instantly’s Outreach plans send email; calls, SMS and LinkedIn connections live in its separate CRM. lemlist’s Multichannel plan ($109 per user a month, $87 billed yearly) adds LinkedIn automation and a built-in dialer. See Instantly vs lemlist for LinkedIn steps and team seats.
- Very light sending on no budget. Apollo’s Free plan costs $0 and includes 75 credits per seat a month (900 a year, granted monthly), 2 sequences per team, one mailbox per user and 250 email sends a day; for which mailboxes it connects, see what Apollo’s free plan lets you send. It stops fitting once you need a second mailbox.
- Agencies that want client data kept apart on one plan. The portal shows a client every campaign in the workspace, and separate workspaces are separate bills.
- Anyone who may want money back. No plan is refundable, yearly ones included (see Instantly’s terms).
Smartlead and lemlist prices checked on their pricing pages on October 2, 2026, Apollo’s on September 29, 2026; monthly billing unless stated.
Where do Instantly’s own pages disagree?
Instantly’s pricing page, its text pricing summary, its help center, its terms and the billing screen inside the app give different answers on sixteen points. On four of them, the billing screen in our trial account (September 30, 2026) sides with one page, and we say which below; for the rest, check the point that matters to you in your own account, or with Instantly’s support, before you pay.
| Point | One Instantly page says | Another says |
|---|---|---|
| Hypergrowth emails a month | 125,000: the pricing page1’s monthly card, the text pricing summary, the plans overview, plan comparison and add-on guide. The billing screen in our trial account also lists 125,000 | 100,000: the pricing page’s yearly card, feature table, FAQ and Scale bundle card, and a pricing blog post |
| What Growth includes | Pricing-page feature table: advanced warmup, the global block list, A/Z testing, the API and integrations start on Hypergrowth. The billing screen in our trial account also lists the global block list and A/Z testing (and team accounts) as Hyper Growth additions | Plan comparison and text pricing summary: most of those are on Growth; see the table under Hypergrowth |
| CRM price | Plans overview: Growth CRM $47 a month, Hyper CRM $97. The billing screen in our trial account shows the same two prices | CRM guide19: both CRM plans at a flat $97 a month. The pricing page shows no CRM price, though its title names the CRM |
| Growth Credits billed yearly | Pricing page: $37.60 a month, 20% below $47 | Credit system guide8: yearly credits plans are 10% off, which would make it $42.30. The billing screen in our trial account shows $508 a year ($42.33 a month) |
| Credits for a verified email from a data partner | Credit system guide: 2 credits | Waterfall enrichment guide9: “2+” credits, listing ContactOut at 4 a row and its six other partners at 2; the SuperSearch guide also says 2+ |

All pages read September 29, 2026 and re-read October 2, 2026, with the same values on every point in this table. The billing screen was read September 30, 2026 in our own trial account (see the notes under the free trial). The table links at most one page per point; every page is listed in Sources. We report the difference and don’t decide which page is right. Where a price is involved, this page shows both.
Currency, tax, renewals and refunds: what do Instantly’s terms say?
Instantly prices and charges in US dollars, puts any sales or other taxes on top, renews every plan automatically at its then-current price, and doesn’t refund fees, even for time you haven’t used. The details, from its Terms of Service (last updated September 22, 2026) and billing help:
- Currency. Plan prices and all payments are in US dollars (Terms 5.1).
- Tax. Fees exclude sales, use, excise and other taxes, which you pay (5.5). The terms don’t name VAT or GST, and none of the pages we read say whether tax is added at checkout in the UK, EU, Canada or Australia. A Tax ID or VAT number you add appears only on future invoices.
- Renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically on the same cycle at Instantly’s then-current price, and fees can go up when a new term starts (5.1(c), 5.2).
- Refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including partial or prorated amounts and unused time, across plans, credits, add-ons, done-for-you and VIP services (5.3).
- Re-subscribing. You can’t buy the same monthly plan again within 21 days on the same account (5.1(b)).
- Canceling. On a self-service plan you can cancel at any time, only in your account settings, and the plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for (5.1(b), 8.1). The cancellation guide puts a cancel button on each subscription’s tab under Settings, then Billing (add-ons go through support), but ends a canceled CRM or Inbox Placement plan at once if you have other plans. Section 8.1 also says plans renew unless either side gives at least 30 days’ written notice before the term ends; on yearly billing, canceling in the app more than 30 days before renewal covers both wordings. The guide cancels done-for-you, pre-warmed and Airmail accounts immediately; the terms require 14 days’ written notice for the “Done-For-You” service (4.6(j)). See where Instantly’s pages disagree.
- Changing plans. Upgrading Outreach, the CRM or Inbox Placement is prorated and keeps your renewal date; downgrading takes effect straight away. Credits work differently (see credits).
- Paying. Cards are charged through Stripe, and each subscription can have its own card, such as a client’s. Late payments can carry interest of 1.5% a month, and Instantly can suspend the service when fees are more than 30 days overdue (5.6). Billing errors must be reported within 60 days of the due date of the first invoice that shows them (5.5).
This is a summary of Instantly’s published terms, not legal or tax advice.
How we researched this
Instantly’s prices and plan rules are spread across its pricing page, a text pricing summary, its help center and its Terms of Service, and they don’t always agree. Every Instantly figure here is tied to one of those pages (plus one Instantly blog post, cited only where it disagrees), each read on September 29, 2026, re-read on October 2, 2026 and listed in Sources; where two disagree, the page shows both (see where they disagree). Smartlead’s, lemlist’s and Apollo’s figures come from their own pricing pages. On September 30, 2026 we also read the billing screens of our own Instantly trial account (an AI browser assistant did the clicking; see the notes under the free trial), and where they settle a disagreement between Instantly’s pages, we say so. We connected one mailbox to that account on October 1, 2026 and switched on Instantly’s warmup for it that evening with the default settings, but no campaign has run, so nothing here rates deliverability, data quality or the app. Totals are our arithmetic from list prices before tax, with our assumptions stated next to them.
Timing sets the order of the advice below. At 30 emails per mailbox a day and 22 sending days a month, a solo founder on three mailboxes fills Growth’s 1,000 contacts in under seven weeks while sending about 40% of its 5,000 emails, so contacts lead. Email volume picks the plan only at agency scale, where twelve mailboxes pass 5,000 emails before their first month is out; from there, the bigger swing in the bill is how many workspaces you pay for ($194 or $432 for three clients).
Verdict
The cheapest way to run Instantly is one workspace on the smallest Outreach plan whose contact pool fits your campaigns, since at small volumes the pool runs out before the emails do.
- Solo founder on two or three mailboxes: Growth plus Growth Credits is $94 a month ($85 as the Starter bundle on the billing screen we saw), or $47 if you bring your own leads. Expect to delete finished campaigns every month or two; to keep 2,000 contacts in play for $39, look at Smartlead Base.
- Agency with a few clients and a helper: Hypergrowth plus Supersonic in one workspace, $194 a month ($164.90 billed yearly as two plans), or $432 with a workspace per client.
- Agency with ten clients: $397 a month in one shared workspace, $1,270 with Hypergrowth in each client workspace, both including $300 of lead credits. Before choosing, settle whether clients may see each other’s campaigns in the portal.
Stay on monthly billing until the trial and a first paid month confirm the two numbers that set your bill: the contacts your campaigns hold at once and the workspaces you pay for.
Instantly
Best fit if the setup closest to yours above lands on Growth or on one shared Hypergrowth workspace. Instantly’s terms rule out refunds on every plan, yearly ones included, so size your plan during the trial (as of October 2, 2026).

FAQ
Can you pause an Instantly subscription instead of canceling?
No. Instantly’s help center says there’s no pause option; canceling is the only way to stop future charges. If you might come back within three weeks, remember the 21-day rule on re-buying the same monthly plan.
Can you still export your leads after a plan or trial ends?
No. Once a trial or paid plan expires you lose the dashboard and can’t export anything until you subscribe again. Download your campaign leads, campaign activity and email account list while the plan is still active.
When is Light Speed worth it over Hypergrowth plus add-ons?
Only if you want SISR’s dedicated servers and IP rotation, or yearly billing; otherwise Hypergrowth plus three $87 add-ons costs the same $358 a month and can be scaled back through support. Both reach 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails (counting Hypergrowth at 125,000), and the add-on route keeps 2,000 SMTP accounts in the standard warmup pool instead of 1,000. Billed yearly, Light Speed is $286.30 a month; Instantly doesn’t publish a yearly add-on price.
Where do you enter an Instantly promo or coupon code?
The coupon field is on Instantly’s checkout page, and you see that page only when no payment method is saved or it’s your first upgrade. With a saved payment method or an active plan, clicking Upgrade charges you straight away, with no checkout page or coupon field; Instantly’s upgrade and downgrade guide says to contact its support team to apply a code in that case.
